PC-based Time and Attendance Systems improve management of labor information by eliminating timecard preparation, calculation and distribution. !Trakit HR was designed with a built-in interface to timeclocks. The pay tab of the HR Job screen has 10 fields dedicated to setting up the badge number and other time system parameters associated with an on-line time and attendance system. Once entered into !Trak-it HR, the data can either be read directly by time clock systems such as Unitime or exported into an ASCII file for import into other clock systems via Dynacon bridge software.
